By participating in a car club event sponsored by Space City Corvette Club you hereby agree to assume all risks of injury, loss, or damage to yourself, your vehicle, and your property arising out of or connected with your participation in this event.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Space City Corvette Club, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with your participation in this event.

You understand that your participation in this event is voluntary and that you are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of others. you further acknowledge that you are fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to the risk of serious bodily injury or death.

You certify that you are the owner of the vehicle you will be driving during this event or that you have been authorized by the owner to operate the vehicle. You further certify that the vehicle is in good condition and is capable of safely participating in this event.

You agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the car club and any applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, safety inspections, registration, and minimum insurance requirements. You understand that failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in your immediate removal from the event.

You acknowledge that you have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily comply with it. This waiver and release of liability shall be binding upon you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
