Ocean star drilling rig and museum

Self-guided tour of drilling platform (discount tickets are $6.00 each).  tour will last approx 1.5 hours.  CAution:  you will be walking up a long slightly steep (see photo below) plank over water to gain access to the rig.   After the tour, we will walk over to katie's seafood for lunch.  The back patio is reserved for sccc overlooking the water and the ocean star oil rig for photo op.  

CARAVAN INFO:  Curtis Russell will be our Road Captain.  We will meet up at Buc-ee's, 6201 Gulf Freeway, Texas City, TX  77591 promptly at 9:15 a.m.  Wheels up at 9:30 a.m.  Please bring your $6.00 cash museum entry fee so one person can collect it all and buy tickets upon arrival at one time for everyone's convenience.  Please wear comfy shoes!
